The Florida Society of Environmental Analysts invites you to attend the Region 3 Back to Basics workshop presented by Shepherd Technical Services. This full day workshop is being offered on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at the City of Tavares, Utility Administration Building, 1000 Captain Haynes Road, Tavares, 32778. This workshop is for both new and experienced analysts. New analysts will gain knowledge to build a good foundation, and more seasoned analysts/managers will get a great refresher.
The workshop will go over basic equipment techniques, basic safety considerations, reference material preparations, calibration curves and evaluating error, precision and accuracy. For a detailed agenda click here. Water or wastewater operator CEUs may be offered for this workshop.
This workshop promises to be both informative and beneficial to all analysts, managers, operators and field sampling technicians in the environmental field. Come join us for an opportunity to exchange ideas and information.
Meeting registration may be completed online. All registrations must be received no later than Friday July 7, 2023. Meeting fees are for current members. If your membership is not current for 2023, be sure to select the non-member registration, this will include your $50 membership fee and update your membership through December 31, 2023.
