The "How to Write a Quality Manual that Meets the TNI Standard" workshop is being presented by Catherine Katsikis and Julio Paredes of LDCFL-NAOS. The full day workshop will cover the requirements of the Quality Manual and will cover the TNI template. Discussions about the importance of the Quality Manual as well as common deficiencies will be included. Workshop agenda and registration form available here.
